We once recruited the majority of our investigators from the ranks of former police officers etc.. Unfortunately, this often turned out to be the wrong policy. Although the state criminal prosecution authorities with their apparatus undoubtedly have a number of investigative avenues which are generally unavailable to us, this apparent advantage often turned out to be a drawback instead. Our advantage as a private business is that we are able to act unorthodoxly, flexibly and creatively. After having worked in state service for so many years, some former officers were simply unable to come to terms with these other methods of procedure and work and could not “think beyond the box” when the occasion demanded. Our investigators today therefore come from many different occupational backgrounds – from master craftsmen to macro/micro economists, all are represented – yet they have all undertaken investigative work for many years now and have a great deal of experience. Our detectives are thus practical people who “live in the real world” and know what it is about. Yet regardless of this, we still employ a few former leading police officers, among other things in the field of consultancy to prepare security concepts etc.
You can thus be certain with us that only professionals are entrusted with your confidential matters. This is where we differ greatly from some of our competitors. At first glance, they may seem a little cheaper, but then they deploy students and other part-timers with few skills, little commitment and even less equipment. As with life in general, quality also has a certain price in our business.
For reasons that must be obvious, we have refrained from posting photographs of investigators in the operative business here.
