Investigation and research into new facts or events on the basis of interplays suspected or partially known, and/or verifying the authenticity of suspected or known events. The claim to comprehensive inquiries can be in conflict with legal and ethical requirements.

The name of our company is ZED – Central Investigation Service; in Latin one would say “nomen est omen”. Inquiries are our daily job, top-notch information procurement our speciality. If you have grounds for suspicion, suspect that something is not right, or if you are lacking important information to make decisions, you should ask us about the possible ways of clearing these up.

There are 2 basic differences where investigations are concerned, namely obtaining information and the procurement of evidence.
We are able to obtain information that is very specific and confidential, yet can only serve to help the client to make a decision. There is no normal evidence in paper form or the like in such cases, it must rather be taken on trust. For instance, such information may be important for companies or lawyers who want to determine strategies.
Evidence, in contrast, can be matters that our investigators themselves have experienced, heard or seen. Their written reports on the knowledge gained, possibly additionally substantiated by photocopies, photo and/or video documentation etc., can be presented to a court of law at any time, whilst the investigators are also available as witnesses.

ZED KG was established more than 30 years ago and has been concerned since that time with the procurement of information and evidence at home and abroad. Our clients, enterprises from all walks of life, insurance companies, legal practices and respected private individuals, are not only based throughout Germany, but also in the neighbouring countries. We believe that the experience gained over many years at home and abroad is one of the guarantees for performing investigations of all kinds in a professional and targeted manner.
